Understanding our reservation modification and cancellation terms

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation and modification of reservations at Favorao Hotels. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide clear guidelines regarding cancellations and related fees.
Our standard cancellation policy applies to most reservations unless otherwise specified during booking or for special rates and packages.

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for one additional night beyond your actual departure date, unless you provide at least 24 hours' notice of your intent to check out early.
Different cancellation policies may apply to special rates, packages, and promotions. These specific policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.
Reservations booked under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified without forfeiting the full payment. These rates typically offer a discount in exchange for no cancellation flexibility.
Advance purchase rates require full pre-payment at the time of booking and are typically non-refundable. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Special packages (e.g., holiday packages, spa packages, golf packages) may have unique cancellation terms that will be specified in the package details and booking confirmation.
For group bookings (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations for event and meeting space bookings are subject to the following fees:
