2.1 Reservation Confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation number and is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Guarantee. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The credit card will be pre-authorized prior to arrival to confirm its validity.
2.3 Rate Information. All rates are quoted per room per night, unless otherwise specified. Rates do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or additional services unless specifically stated.
2.4 Special Requests. Special requests (e.g., bed type, room location) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3.1 Check-In Time. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2 Check-Out Time. Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3 Identification. All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
4.1 Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are accepted upon check-out but not for reservations.
4.2 Deposit. A deposit or pre-payment may be required at the time of booking for certain rates, packages, or during peak periods.
4.3 Incidentals. A credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges.
4.4 Currency. All rates and charges are in the local currency of the hotel location unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Modification Policy. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
5.2 Cancellation Policy. Cancellation policies vary based on the rate, room type, and booking dates. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
5.3 No-Show Policy. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation may be canceled, and you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
6.1 Conduct. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests and hotel staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
6.2 Smoking. All Favorao properties are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
6.3 Pets. Pet policies vary by location. Please contact the specific hotel directly for information regarding their pet policy.
6.4 Property Damage. Guests will be responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
7.1 Personal Belongings. Favorao is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas of the hotel.
7.2 Use of Facilities. Use of hotel facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and spas, is at the guest's own risk.
7.3 Service Interruptions. We cannot guarantee that all hotel facilities and services will be available at all times.
8.1 Data Collection. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Cookie Usage. Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
9.1 Ownership. All content on our website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Favorao or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
9.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.1 Updates. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
